- How do I place my order?
- It's a snap. Find a design you like, select the item and it will be added to your shopping cart. When you have piled all the designs you want in the shopping cart, select "Checkout." You will be directed through the check out process and complete the following steps: Review Your Order, Shipping Information, Shipping Method, Billing Information, and Place Your Order. You'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive a final email stating so.
- Is the Giving Tee site secure?
- Any personal information given to Giving Tee through the Giving Tee website will be protected. Any Personally Identifiable Information will not be disclosed to any third parties. All Giving Tee servers will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Giving Tee does not store your credit card information at any time. Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
- How do I check my order status?
- If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track your order status by logging in and accessing the"My Orders" tab in your account.
- What is your Return Policy?
- We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 60 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 60 day period. Please fill out the return form found on the back of the invoice from your order. If you no longer have it you can get it here: Indicate what you're returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or Giving Tee credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you're returning.You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you Giving Tee credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you. If you have already redeemed the donation code to make a donation we cannot accept the returned item as a refund. We absolutely can provide you Giving Tee credit and or exchange the product for a new item. No donation code tag will be sent with the replacement. - How are the winning submissions chosen for demand printing?
- We review all new designs each week and pick out those that we want to display for on demand based on the design's overall quality, its consistency with the submitted category, and it's over all cool factor. Giving Tee will determine which designs are selected, and post it to the on demand print section.
- How does my Design become a "Giving Tee Select" Tee?
- Every few weeks we review all on demand designs and graduate designs that have high print on demand success, solid comments, high "Select it" scores, and a Giving Tee consensus that the design is ready to rock. This method scoring system helps give us a general idea of which designs our customers want.
- Do I keep the rights to my artwork?
- Once a design is submitted for "On Demand," Giving Tee has a limited 14 day right for design review. If the design is chosen, then as long as it remains for sale on demand, Giving Tee retains exclusive rights to the design. This agreement can be mutually terminated at any time so long as the design is removed from Giving Tee. The designer must provide at least 30 days notice prior to having the design removed.
- How do I submit a design?
- You can submit a design at http://www.givingtee.com/submit-your-design . Please follow the specs on that page to ensure that your design gets submitted correctly.
- Can I submit a design from outside the USA?
- Absolutly! As long as you are a human, are over 13 years old, and are a Giving Tee member, your designs are welcome. Create a member account at https://givingtee-secure.zenfront.com/customer/account/create/.
- What do I receive if my design is chosen for "GT On Demand"?
- Designs that are selected for "GT On Demand" are eligible to be graduated to Giving Tee "Select." While the design remains within the "GT On Demand," the designer will be paid $1.00/per shirt sold. Designers are paid on a monthly basis.
- What do I receive if my design is graduated to Giving Tee "Select?"
- Designs that are graduated to Giving Tee "Select" earn $1,000 and a $50 gift certificate to Giving Tee plus $1/ per shirt sold after the first 1,000 shirt run is sold.
- Do I have to design toward a Giving Tee theme?
- Yes. All designs are categorized so that customers have a better chance of finding and buying your design.
- What should I do if I have problems submitting my design?
